A proposed permanent waterfront dining and entertainment district with ten independent restaurant spaces, a central bar and pavilion, covered seating, shared gathering areas, live entertainment, and family-friendly activity.
How would ordering work?
One QR code would open all ten restaurant menus. Orders would route to the appropriate kitchens, and runners would deliver completed food to the table. Traditional window ordering would remain available.
How does the project support local businesses?
The concept gives reputable food truck operators and restaurant entrepreneurs a path to permanent Lakefront locations while sharing infrastructure, common areas, marketing, and year-round programming.
What is the proposed public–private partnership?
The City would coordinate baseline conditions needed for commercial use, including utilities, access, drainage, parking integration, and approvals. Private partners would build, lease, operate, maintain, and market the destination.
